This product is designed to help you with pain relief in pregnancy. A machine washable cover covers a natural wheat bag and holds it in place against your lower back where it can relieve lower back pain, contraction pain and the aches of pregnancy.

The contoured and segmented back pad is held in place by adjustable straps that can fit over or under your belly - sized to fit both your full-term pregnant belly and your pre (or post) pregnancy waist.

You can warm the back buddy in your microwave and then wear it on your back to deliver heat where it is most needed. Can also be chilled in the fridge.

We highly recommend using a back belt to help with a sore lower back in  pregnancy.
