This pillow is designed to give your body the most beneficial support possible during pregnancy. The filling has a dual zone liner, providing different levels of firmness as needed.

The bottom end, which fits between your legs, is firmer so that your legs and hip are well supported. The top end is softer, enabling it to squish under your belly and breasts and mould to your shape to give support. This support will prevent your lower back from twisting, helping to prevent backache.

To turn over during the night, simply hug the pillow and turn it with you.
